WHY WE EXIST
We have three key objectives which drive everything we do:
To secure exciting and meaningful roles for our state’s underutilised young professionals, allowing them to grow to become our next generation of experts, leaders and innovators.
To energise local business with enthusiastic, creative young professionals. This enables businesses to build new capabilities, disrupt markets rather than be disrupted, integrate new ideas, creativity and passion into their workforce, and do so in a commercially safe and supported way.
To build the capability and capacity of our state, making us more inclusive, diverse and competitive, whilst retaining more local talent and building a stronger long-term presence on the global stage.

We do one thing better than anyone else: We make it as easy as possible for you to engage young tech professionals, blending them into your organisation as and when you need them.
Our business model is simple. We offer young passionate tech professionals on demand, on secondment, or in support of your staffing intakes. We do this at close to not-for-profit levels, so Adelaide as a whole can benefit.
Essentially, we’re paying it forward to build a positive cycle for the future. This makes us a socially responsible and local alternative to off-shoring, and a lower cost alternative to consulting.

WHAT WE OFFER
We offer six discrete services, each targeting specific needs. In doing so we hope to take businesses on a gradual journey; starting with on-demand services, growing through secondments and managed intakes, until they eventually become champions of young professional recruitment themselves. This has the potential to create future mentors, completing and reinforcing the positive cycle.

MENTORING AND DEVELOPMENT
We help students to grow, prepare for employment, and understand employers. This is a free service to students, available as our capacity allows. We also take every opportunity to volunteer as guest lecturers for our local tertiary sector institutions.
Why do we do it? It costs us little and delivers so much, giving insight and confidence to students, whilst helping them build their initial industry network.

SUPPORTED STUDENT PLACEMENTS
We activate and support tertiary work integrated learning placements within commercial businesses. We take every opportunity to incorporate students into our Taptu projects (our sister business), as well as supporting our clients to do the same.
Why do we do it? It provides a great vehicle to showcase young talent, helps bridge the perceived job-readiness gap, looks fantastic on a resume, and creates long-term employment opportunities post-project.
